Welcome to Bazaar. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using Bazaar — our marketplace, video feed, live streams, chat and calls — you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

• Account information — your email address, username and password when you sign up.
• Profile information — optional details you choose to add, such as your photo, bio, school, work, phone number and city. Your phone number is hidden by default; you choose who can see it.
• User content — listings, photos, videos, captions, comments, likes, messages and live streams you create or share.
• Purchase information — when you buy coins, payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Reports and feedback — help, problem and scam reports you send us.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage information — how you use the app, such as videos you watch, like or share, and features you use.
• Device information — device type, browser, language and approximate region, used to keep the app working and secure.

Information collected with your permission

• Camera and microphone — only when you upload a video, go live, or make a call.
• Location — only if you allow it, to show listings near you.
• Notifications — only if you allow them, to alert you about messages, calls and activity.

• To run and improve Bazaar — showing your listings and videos, delivering messages and calls, and processing coin purchases and gifts.
• To personalize your experience — your feed, search results and language.
• To keep the community safe — detecting fraud, scams, spam and abuse, and enforcing our rules.
• To communicate with you — replies to your reports, and important service updates.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

• With other users — your username, profile photo, listings, videos, comments and likes are visible to the community as you choose. Optional personal details stay private unless you share them.
• With service providers — trusted partners who host our service, process payments and deliver notifications, only as needed to run Bazaar.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and the public.

• Edit or delete your listings, videos and messages at any time.
• Show or hide your phone number and optional profile details in your settings.
• Turn camera, microphone, location or notification permissions on or off in your device settings.
• Permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Your profile, uploaded media, listings and chats are removed. Deletion is not a refund or withdrawal request; withdraw any eligible balance first. Transaction, gift and refund evidence may be retained for accounting, legal obligations and fraud review. Contact Help if deletion fails.

We use industry-standard security to protect your information. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Content you delete is removed from view; some records (such as gift receipts) are kept for a limited time for safety and accounting.

Bazaar is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, please report it and we will remove it.

Bazaar is a meeting place only. We do not own, inspect, guarantee or deliver any listed item, and we are not a party to any deal between buyers and sellers. You buy and sell entirely at your own risk. Always verify the item, price and person before paying, and never send advance payments, passwords or one-time codes to anyone.

• Nude, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or abuse of any kind.
• Fraud, scams, fake listings, or selling stolen, illegal or prohibited goods.
• Collecting or misusing another user's personal information, or impersonating anyone.

Accounts that break these rules may be blocked or removed without notice, and illegal activity may be reported to the authorities.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with its date; continued use of Bazaar after a change means you accept the updated policy.
